About the project
Did You Know? highlighted that the end of the British slave trade happened here in Leicestershire.
In collaboration with Arts Council England, Candy Arts hosted music and visual based educational workshops outlining the key events in the history of the slave trade, with open debates on slavery, oppression and liberation.
